DPD: Next Day Delivery to UK Mainland, 2-5 Day Service to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands.

The DPD service has always been a trusted and reliable service for us. One of the main benefits that our customers enjoy is a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you do not have to wait in all day. The DPD app also allows you to provide additional delivery information such as: Safe places, request to leave with trusted neighbour, avoid certain neighbours, reschedule delivery to a more suitable date, and the ability to send to a pickup point instead. You can even add a photo of your property to help the driver find you!

Royal Mail: 24 Tracked Small Parcel

The 24 Tracked is a tracked delivery service. The aim for this service is next working day, although cannot be guaranteed. This service provides basic tracking information to the delivery point, with photo on delivery. This is not like a standard tracked service that provides end to end, and everything in between. It only provides information of when it's left us, and when it's delivered.

Please note our same-day despatch cut-off time is 3:30PM, any orders after this time may still be possible, but is not guaranteed. Items must be in stock and ready to ship. Delivery Outside of the UK

When shipping outside of the UK, we try to choose the best service for the money, taking into account the estimate delivery time and cost of the service. Every overseas shipment is insured for the full value of the order - We will never undervalue an order for a reduced shipping rate, even upon request, this is a company policy.

Collection from our shop at Elstree Studios

Collection is available as a Same Day service, and Named-Day service. Once items are confirmed in stock and available, a member of staff will pick your order and prepare it for collection. Collection available from 10AM to 5PM. Please call to confirm at which time you plan to collect so we can have your order prepped and ready to go. This method also serves for customers or production companies that wish to send their own driver or courier service. We ask that you notify us, so that we are aware and can release the order. Please have your driver provide your order number, name of customer and/or company name upon collection.

Order By:

Order cut-off time for same-day despatch is 3:30PM. Orders placed before this time will be shipped same working day, assuming products on the order are all in stock. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day.

Out of stock:

If orders contain products that are currently out of stock, we will contact you within 1 working day to notify you. We will always try to offer a solution to best suit your needs.

Depending on the order contents and whether you have a deadline to meet, we may partially ship orders for the items that are in stock. Any following shipments will not incur additional costs. If you are aware of items in your order that are out of stock, you may request that we partially ship your order either by using the customer comments, or calling / emailing our sales team.

We may contact you to offer a substitution of product(s) to similarly priced/featured product(s) at no additional cost, in an effort to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Alternatively, if you're happy to wait for stock to arrive with us, we will notify you with an approximate ETA or lead time to provide you with as much information as possible.

You are entitled to cancel or request to remove any item(s) from your order at any time before shipment. Please get in touch via phone or email to request this.

products longer than 1 metre:

For items longer than 1m, such as boom-poles, or microphone stands, etc, will have to be sent via a courier other than our standard DPD delivery service. This is due to the courier's extra step associated with handling these packages. Items longer than 1m have to be manually processed through distribution centres, as they do not fit on the automated conveyer systems. We will try to factor the cost of an alternative service into your order, but every order can be different. If the cost becomes more than we are willing to pay, we may need to get in touch to discuss a surcharge. If you have any questions about this, please call our sales team before placing your order and we will be happy to discuss alternative shipping options.

The cut-off time for same-day despatch is 3:30PM GMT. Any orders placed after this time are not guaranteed for same-day despatch. Please contact our sales team if you need a quick delivery, we'll be happy to do what we can to accomodate you.

We deliver to UK Mainland, Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Europe. We also ship all over the world. Please note that some products cannot be shipped to certain locations due to distribution laws and regulations. If you're unable to see a shipping method at checkout, contact our web support team for assistance.

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges low and reasonably priced. We offer multiple services to make sure there are always options to suit your needs. Our prices take into account the cost of the courier service, any surcharges, the eco-friendly packing materials, as well as the time and effort to hand pick and pack every order manually. We will always reuse or repurpose any materials or packages that arrive from our suppliers or other deliveries, in an effort to reduce waste. Any new boxes or packaging we purchase will always be an eco-friendly option. While this may increase the cost of shipping overall, we try not to pass this cost onto customers where we can.
